By the way, if anybody is really itching to get Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus, I found a way to get the Event Items. It involves an Action Replay, though, so... if you don't feel comfortable cheating, then this isn't for you. But they definitely work - I just tried them out, and they all activate the events that they should.

If you want the info, PM me and let me know.

Also, for those of you (IN AMERICA!) who want a Darkrai, there's a Giveaway going on at Toys 'R' Us stores this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 12pm-4pm. A lot of stores are doing it, but I guess some aren't... Anyway, if you want one, now's your chance! It also comes with the special moves Roar of Time and Spacial Rend (the signature moves of Dialga and Palkia, respectively).

Visit Serebii for more details.

So is anyone getting that Darkrai tomorrow or Sunday? Just wondering. I'm kinda envious, though I wouldn't go to a store a mile away for a pokemon myself.

The closest store is too far away for me... I already have one anyway, so it's not a huge deal.

I don't know if I'll bother going...Might just buy an AR and get him with Dras's code.

Ditto this, only replace "I don't know" with "I'm not going to."

No way in hell am I going in Toys R Us. I hate little kids, and that store's always full of 'em.

All the more reason to bring a giant stick and start whacking! Whack-A-Kid! Kinda like Whack-A-Diglett, only more moral.

Two new things:
1. Shaymin's Sky Forme (apparently, every "form" is now spelled with an "e") is supposedly released. I still think it looks like an evolution or a new Pokémon altogether, but check it out at Serebii.
2. On the weekends of June 20th and 27th, American GameStops are giving away free Deoxys. It's unknown whether they'll be knowing specials moves or anything, but if you're looking for a Deoxys and never got a chance to get the FR/LG Event Item, you have a chance. Remember that you can change its form at Veilstone, in case you want to change it.

v_v

I understand America is probably the epicenter of everything consumer electronics related but can they honestly not give this stuff away over the Mystery Gift Wi-Fi Connection thing?

I have my own Deoxys, but it would be nice to get stuff like Darkrai tickets once in a while. XD.gif

I'm almost done with my new Pokédex - I still have to get a couple of starters (Treecko and Squirtle) as well as the Bird Trio and Lugia from GoD (only because the Bird Trio learns Extrasensory in GoD), plus 4 Swarm Pokémon (Snubbull, Skitty, Farfetch'd, and Phanpy). Also, since I restarted Sapphire twice, I'll have two extra JIRACHI. I'm gonna see if I can trade one for a Japanese Celebi, since they can't get Jirachi easily, but can get Celebi from Colosseum like I can get Jirachi. The other Jirachi, though, is fair game for anybody who wants it. It'll be Lv5 with a Salac Berry.

My plan is to get a male and female of every single Pokémon, plus copies of all of the neutral gender Pokémon. This'll bring me up to 888 Pokémon, meaning only 112 away from Mew. Of course, this'll involve a lot of time hatching eggs, but at least I won't need to worry about Natures and Abilities for these.

As for Platinum, I'm planning to start with Turtwig. Chimchar's my favorite starter, but I like to vary things slightly. I already have my Battle Team picked out for it, too.

My parties are coming along pretty well, now that I've gotten my last member hatched. Diablo's the only one whose EV's are maxed - the others will be done as soon as I finish up my Pokédex (minus Mew and Celebi).

I still want to do that Gym Leader thing (the team's still needs training, but is ready besides that), so if we want to get started on that, I'll finish training my guys first.

Battle Team:
Diablo (Infernape) - Lv100
Assassin (Roselia) - Lv50
Caveshark (Garchomp) - Lv50
Astroblast (Starmie) - Lv50
Gigajolt (Jolteon) - Lv50
Nightwing (Honchkrow) - Lv50

Moonlight Serenade (Dark Team):
Nightwing (Honchkrow) - Lv50
Moonblade (Absol) - Lv50
Cerberus (Houndoom) - Lv50
Hurricane (Drapion) - Lv50
Darkshard (Weavile) - Lv50
Deathtrap (Spiritomb) - Lv50

Got my Space Deoxys today.

Nothing particularly special... but it's got a good nature, and the Cherish Ball looks cool... that's it, though.
