Great thing to have...but 2 hours seems kinda long...especially for some shorter games out there.

Yeah, I'd think 1 hour would be long enough to determine if you like a game or not.  1 hour, specifically, since PSN has 1 hour free trials for certain games if you have PS+.

 

Still, like you said, it is a cool thing to have, especially since I'm unsure of specs sometimes (at least with graphics cards).  Unfortunately, my laptop's a pain in the ass to charge, so I rarely use it anymore, so I don't really use Steam anymore, never mind buy games.

I read up on this earlier. I think its a really great idea and smart move by Steam. Nintendo and Sony are completely against online refunds but if your generally disappointed or there is a thing like bad framerate then I think its only fair for a refund.
