I'd assume its less work to modify the existing graphics than to recreate an entire game in a different style.

That's true... but even if they did it on a lesser scale than Final Fantasy III and IV, it would rock.
Either way, I have to keep focusing on what is, not what could/should be. With Star Fox 64 being remade, this doesn't seem far fetched at all, and is probably a sure thing.

I wonder...The 3DS carts have 2GB, correct? And the N64 and VC versions had...oh I dunno, around 30 megabytes.
Could we see some stuff that was planned for Zelda Ura on 64DD? I know the dungeons made it to MQ, but we never saw the overworld stuff.
Or could the 3D possibly take up that much space? I mean, I know it's gotta take up some, but almost 2GB seems too massive.

Grr. I've changed my mind. I thought, "I'll save my money and pass." After playing some Wind Waker, I kinda need more Zelda. OoT remake is looking better every day.

Old news. They were porting Arcade/Atari games to the old Gameboy cartridges back in the 90s. Hehe.I dunno why everyone keeps talking about next gen consoles though. Has anyone announced anything yet?

I was wondering that too. With Kinect, MotionPlus, and Move coming out, I don't really see any of the companies going to Next Gen for another few years.
