If I haven't already expressed my thoughts on the game:
Fuck them for abandoning the pixel art, another great vanguard of the art abandons us.
Fuck them for not giving me my god damn Maya Fey fix, mitigated by her presence in PWxPL.
Fuck them for yet another new partner.
Good on them for bringing back Edgeworth, Trucy, and Apollo. Less good on them for holding out Gumshoe on us, I miss him, but with both Nick and Edgeworth I'm pretty sure he'll be around.
Good on them for going digital in a market where they're less strong rather than simply not giving us the game. Follow it up with digital release of Investigations 2!
Good on them for that Edgeworth design update, he looks wicked sharp with those glasses. I've always kinda thought his face needed something - glasses were definitely it.
"What the heck guys" for the speed this series is moving into the future. It's freakin' 2027, that is a very technologically-stagnant future. I mean, with the crossover that puts Professor Layton in like 2020 as well (which I guess actually makes sense with some of the ridiculous stuff in those games).
Not entirely sure what to think of the article's "hot-blooded detective." We have two detectives already, and they're both the chillest people, and I want them both back.
Still very excited.
