I am a huge Linux fan (I'm also a huge fan of Open Source Software). As you can tell, I'm a techy kind of girl, he he.

Anyway. I started using Linux: Ubuntu almost a year ago and love it. After a few days of trying it, I completely switch over from Windows. haven't looked back. I just wish I didn't waste $400 on Windows 7 months before downloading Linux :(

I have a Linux Mint install running on VMWare, but I've never really found a reason to use it fully over Windows. I'm not interested in compiling my own kernel, and the lack of software support added to the fact that open source software tends to be less polished and seems to be more prone to bugs than good proprietary software makes me a bit wary of it. For instance, my Ubuntu install at work managed to make itself unable to boot up simply by installing updates.

Also, Linux doesn't run Visual Studio, and I like me some C# .NET.
