Goals for first 6 months:

Eat only 6 grams of polyunsaturates/day from mentioned foods
Eat at least 250 carbohydrates/day from mentioned foods

Foods:
100% Organic Lamb Shoulder
Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Bison Ribeye
Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Calf Liver
Full-sugar orange juice
Raw honey
Allowed fruits: Dates, raisins, dried apricots, bananas, figs, mangos, pomegranates, grapes, cherries, tangerines, pineapple, pears, kiwi, oranges, plums, grapefruit, apples, cantaloupes, blueberries, nectarines, and peaches.

If you're thinking this sounds crazy, it isn't. By keeping polyunsaturates at a certain level you can eat all the sugar you want. Sugar, especially fructose, is pro-thyroid, anti-cortisol, anti-serotonin, etc.

Goals for the rest of your life (yes, it's a LIFESTYLE change):
Eat only 3.5 grams of polyunsaturates/day from mentioned foods
Eat at least 275-350 carbohydrates/day from mentioned foods

Foods:
100% Organic Lamb Tenderloin
Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Bison Top Sirloin
Full-sugar orange juice
Raw honey
Allowed fruits: Dates, raisins, dried apricots, bananas, figs, mangos, pomegranates, grapes, cherries, tangerines, pineapple, pears, kiwi, oranges, plums, grapefruit, apples, cantaloupes, blueberries, nectarines, and peaches.

It's really that simple, just make sure you're eating 11-12x your bodyweight in calories for losing weight, and 15-18x bodyweight in calories if wishing to maintain, in both cases mostly from sugar in orange juice and raw honey.
