Yeah, Trick Room is built to fight guys like that. Forretress could probably have under-sped me(except Bronzong), but most bugs are built fast.

In game. Game sync(from the menu where you choose Continue, or New Game, or Mystery Gift etc.), then open your Pal Pad and there should be an option to view your friend code.

It should be noted that said code is based on the system the game is in. If you change from DS to DS (or 3DS), your code will change. So keep that in mind.

That's your GameSync code for the Dream World. You have to look at your Pal Pad for your Friend Code.

Yeah, GameSyncing just makes you eligible for Wifi. In your Key Items should be the Pal Pad.
